Carver Homes has 18 units with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments available. There is one, 2-bedroom handicap-accessible unit. We furnish the refrigerator, gas heat, gas stoves and built-in washers and gas dryers in all of the apartments at Carver Homes. Water and gas are furnished by the Housing Authority. We provide on-call 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Carver Homes has covered mailboxes at the outdoor pavilion with benches for waiting, resting or visiting with neighbors. Residents may attend activities at the nearby Whispering Oaks community center where we offer programs for children and adults.
The apartments are zoned for Farrar Elementary, West Middle School and Tullahoma High School.
