Cedar Lane Village has 65 units with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments available. The apartments are all-electric and the water and electricity is furnished by the Housing Authority. There are 28 one-bedroom apartments that are designated for elderly and disable persons only. Three of the one-bedroom apartments are handicap-accessible units. The elderly/disabled units have central heat and air-conditioning. All other units have central heat only and we furnish the stove and refrigerator in every apartment. We provide on-call 24-hour emergency maintenance.
The Tullahoma Housing Authority main office is in building #24 and the Resident Services main office is in building #3. The Section 8 office is in the same building with the THA main office. All applications are processed through the main office. The Section 8 waitlist is only open for short periods of time, please call ahead to check for open and close status of the Section 8 waitlist.
Family units have washer and dryer hookups and there is a laundry facility located at building #24, beside the main office. Mailboxes are located under the pavilion in front of the Resident Services building.
We offer activities for all age groups at the community center (building #3) which is the Resident Services office. We have a playground for the children and several outdoor pavilions with benches.
The apartments are zoned for Bel-Aire Elementary, West Middle and Tullahoma High School.
